User Agreement

Effective Date: 1 April 2025

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions governing your use of the website Martsly.in and the services offered therein, operated by PULLKRISHIV BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing, browsing, or using Martsly.in, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Post or distribute any offensive, abusive, or misleading content.
  • Interfere with the platform’s technical operations or compromise its security.
  • Violate any local, national, or international laws.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All trademarks, service marks, logos, content, and product descriptions are either our property or that of associated brands/sellers and are protected under applicable copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The platform and its management are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the site, including issues related to delivery, product quality, or payment delays.

8. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we detect any breach of this Agreement or misuse of the platform.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi.

10. Modifications

We may update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes implies your acceptance of the updated terms.
