Payment Policy
Effective Date: 1 April 2025
This Payment Policy governs the collection, processing, and settlement of payments for products sold through Martsly.in, operated by PULLKRISHIV BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. By transacting on the platform, sellers and buyers agree to the terms set forth herein.
1. Payment Collection
- Martsly.in acts as a facilitator for payments made by customers to sellers.
- All payments made by customers for orders placed on the platform are collected by PULLKRISHIV BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED via secure payment gateways (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, etc.).
- Martsly.in issues a confirmation once payment is successfully received from the customer.
2. Seller Settlements
- Payments to sellers are initiated on a weekly cycle, subject to order completion and return windows.
- A “completed order” is defined as an order successfully delivered and past the return/exchange period (generally 7–10 days).
- Settlements are credited to the seller’s registered bank account after deducting platform fees, taxes, and other applicable charges.
3. Payment Deductions
The following deductions may apply before final settlement to the seller:
- Platform commission and service charges
- Payment gateway processing fees
- TDS (as per government norms)
- Return/refund adjustments (if applicable)
- Penalties (in case of policy violations, fake listings, or order cancellations)
4. Delayed or Failed Payments
- In rare cases of banking delays, sellers are advised to allow 1–2 additional working days for payments to reflect.
- If a payment fails due to incorrect bank details or account issues, the seller will be notified via email and must rectify the issue for reprocessing.
5. Buyer Refunds
- If a buyer cancels an order or requests a return, Martsly.in will process the refund in accordance with the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- Refunds are credited back to the customer’s original payment method within 5–7 business days.
6. Security of Payment Data
- All payment transactions are secured using SSL encryption and comply with PCI DSS standards.
- Martsly.in does not store customer card details or sensitive financial information.
7. Taxation
- Sellers are responsible for their own GST filings and taxation compliance.
- Invoices generated via Martsly will contain seller and buyer GST details as applicable.
8. Dispute Resolution
For any payment-related disputes, sellers or buyers may contact customer support within 15 days of the issue. All disputes will be investigated and resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
