Returns and Warranty Policy

At Martsly.in, we strive to ensure a seamless and satisfying shopping experience for our customers. This Returns and Warranty Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products and seek warranty assistance.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Non-returnable items include:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and personal hygiene products
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your Martsly.in account
  2. Go to “My Orders” and select the product you wish to return
  3. Submit a return request with a valid reason and photos if applicable
  4. Our team will verify the request and arrange pickup (if eligible)

Once the item is received and inspected, the refund or replacement will be processed.


3. Warranty Terms

Martsly.in does not manufacture the products sold. Any warranty associated with a product is as per the manufacturer’s or brand’s policy, if available.

  • Warranty claims should be made directly to the manufacturer
  • We may assist in providing contact details, if necessary

We are not liable for manufacturer-related warranty disputes.


4. Return Shipping

  • In case of damaged/defective/wrong items, we will bear the pickup and shipping costs
  • For returns due to personal reasons (size issues, changed mind), the customer may be charged return shipping or asked to self-ship

5. Conditions for Rejected Returns

Returns may be rejected if:

  • The return window has expired
  • The product shows signs of usage
  • Original packaging or tags are missing
  • The item is not in its original condition

6. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after successful product pickup and quality check.

  • Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method
  • COD orders: Refund to bank account or store wallet (based on user preference)

7. Data Retention Policy

We retain return-related customer data and records for 30 days from the date of return request submission, solely for customer service and legal compliance purposes.
