Seller Documentation Policy

Effective Date: 1 April 2025

This policy outlines the documentation requirements for all sellers partnering with PULLKRISHIV BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”) for listing and selling fashion products on Martsly.in.

1. Purpose

To ensure a transparent, secure, and legally compliant marketplace, all sellers must provide authentic and verifiable documentation during registration and throughout their engagement with the platform.

2. Mandatory Documents

The following documents are mandatory at the time of seller registration:

  • PAN Card (in the name of the business or proprietor)
  • GSTIN Certificate (if applicable and as per turnover requirement)
  • Bank Account Details (cancelled cheque or bank passbook copy)
  • Business Address Proof (utility bill, rental agreement, or property ownership document)
  • Aadhar Card or Company Incorporation Certificate (depending on business type)
  • Photographs of Products intended for listing on Martsly

3. Optional/Conditional Documents

In some cases, sellers may be required to furnish additional documents, such as:

  • Import License (if dealing in imported goods)
  • Trademark Certificate (for branded products)
  • Authorization Letters (if selling on behalf of another brand)
  • FSSAI License (if selling any applicable fashion-adjacent consumables like cosmetics)

4. Document Verification Process

  • All submitted documents undergo internal review.
  • We may use third-party verification tools or request physical verification if required.
  • Approval or rejection notifications are shared via email within 3–5 business days.
  • Sellers will not be permitted to list or transact until documents are approved.

5. Ongoing Compliance

  • Sellers must keep their documentation up to date at all times.
  • Any change in bank details, business address, or legal status must be communicated and updated within 7 working days.
  • Periodic audits may be conducted to re-verify existing documents.

6. Non-Compliance and Consequences

Failure to provide accurate or updated documentation may result in:

  • Temporary suspension of the seller account
  • Withholding of payments
  • Permanent delisting from the Martsly platform
  • Legal action in case of fraudulent documentation

7. Confidentiality

All documents submitted are kept confidential and used strictly for business verification and regulatory compliance. They are not shared with any third party without prior consent unless required by law.
