Seller Registration Policy

Effective Date: 1 April 2025

This Seller Registration Policy outlines the procedures, eligibility, and terms for sellers who wish to onboard and operate on Martsly.in, managed by PULLKRISHIV BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.

1. Eligibility Criteria

To register as a seller on Martsly.in, applicants must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be an Indian citizen or a legally registered Indian business entity.
  • Must sell fashion products only (including apparel, accessories, footwear, etc.).
  • Must not be blacklisted or banned on any other major e-commerce platform.
  • Must be able to provide all required documentation for verification.

2. Registration Process

The seller registration process includes the following steps:

  1. Application Submission: Fill out the seller registration form on Martsly.in.
  2. Document Upload: Submit mandatory KYC documents (refer to the Seller Documentation Policy).
  3. Verification: We verify the authenticity of the documents and business details.
  4. Account Activation: Upon successful verification, the seller account is activated within 3–5 business days.
  5. Product Listing: Sellers may begin uploading and listing approved fashion products.

3. Required Documents

Refer to our [Seller Documentation Policy] for a complete list. Key documents include:

  • PAN Card
  • GST Certificate
  • Bank Account Proof
  • Address Proof
  • Aadhar/Company Incorporation Certificate

4. Platform Onboarding

Once registered, sellers will:

  • Gain access to the Martsly Seller Dashboard.
  • Be assigned a unique seller ID.
  • Be provided training (if applicable) regarding listing guidelines, returns handling, and payment cycles.

5. Grounds for Rejection

Registration applications may be rejected under the following conditions:

  • Submission of fake or unverifiable documents.
  • Non-compliance with fashion-only product policy.
  • Incomplete or incorrect application form.
  • Prior account suspension due to misconduct on other platforms.

6. Re-Application

Sellers whose applications are rejected may reapply after addressing the issues specified in their rejection notice. However, repeated violations may lead to a permanent ban from the platform.

7. Terms Acknowledgement

By registering, sellers agree to adhere to:

  • Seller Terms and Conditions
  • Martsly’s Listing and Quality Guidelines
  • Customer Support and Return Policies
  • Payment and Settlement Policies

8. Confidentiality and Data Use

All information provided during registration is treated confidentially and used solely for verification and platform operations, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
